Terms and Conditions for Shivadya Camps at Kumbh Mela 2025
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Shivadya Camps at the Kumbh Mela 2025, organized by Era Hospitality. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum stay of three nights is mandatory during the Kumbh Mela.
- Payment Terms: A minimum 30% payment (in INR) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Additional charges, such as GST, may apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the booking amount. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 45 days before the check-in date. In case of unforeseen events (force majeure), cancellations may be subject to different terms, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
3. Accommodation
- Tent Options: We offer various tent accommodations, including Deluxe, Premium, Luxury, and Deluxe Suites. Each category provides different levels of comfort and amenities.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Guests can check in from 12:00 PM onwards and must check out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for the care of the tents and facilities provided. Any damage or loss caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
4. Facilities and Services
- Included Services: Continuous security surveillance, 24*7 Cafe for tea and coffee, electrical supply, daily evening bonfire, fully-equipped medical tent, and flexibility of early check-in and late check-out are included in your stay.
- Additional Services: Yoga and meditation sessions are available at the campsite. Please note that these may incur additional charges. A souvenir shop is also available.
- Meals: Delectable meals are provided as part of your package. Guests with specific dietary requirements should inform us in advance.
5. Location and Transportation
- Location: Shivadya Camps are located at Block F5, Arail, Naini, Prayagraj, approximately 3.5 km from Triveni Sangam bathing ghat.
- Transportation: Guests are responsible for arranging their transportation to the parking area of Mahakumbh 2025 near the camps. We provide chargeable services for pickup and drop-off to nearby airports, train stations, and bus stands for your convenience.
6. Event-Specific Conditions
- Restricted Access: During specific bathing dates, access to and from the camp may be restricted. Guests are advised to plan their travel accordingly.
- Security: Due to the large gathering at Kumbh Mela, security protocols will be strictly enforced. Guests must comply with all security measures in place.
7. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Amendments
Era Hospitality reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests will be informed of any significant changes that may affect their booking via email or other appropriate means.
