Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Era Camps, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers during the Kumbh Mela. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your booking. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
Cancellation Policy:
If booking cancelled 60 days before the check in: 15% amount will be charged
If booking cancelled 45 days before the check in: 100% amount will be charged
Payment Structure:
* 30% at the time of booking.
* 70% 60 days before arrival
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes to Bookings:
Modifications: Any modifications to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Transferring Bookings: Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
No-Show Policy:
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
